Tell us about your early life, education, and what led you to start your business
I come from a simple, humble family. We didn’t have much financially, but my parents always emphasized the importance of education. While they couldn’t fully support it, my uncle and aunt, who were in a better financial position, stepped in and helped cover my schooling for that. I will always be deeply grateful.
Starting my business was really a mix of timing, people, and a little push from life itself. In June 2019, I met two important people, Mary Hall and Tang Eng Cuang, who played a key role in this journey. Around the same time, I was being asked to move out of a rental apartment. I took that as a sign: maybe it was time to stand up again and return to using my knowledge and experience. After dedicating many years to raising my only child, I found the space and clarity to start something of my own once he became more independent.

What is your business, and what makes it unique in the market?
My business is rooted in Chinese Metaphysics, particularly FBI (Face Reading, Bazi, and I Ching). I started this journey with my business partner, Tang, who is incredibly systematic and self-driven. Together, in 2020, we co-founded Show & Tell Academy, where we made it our mission to teach this beautiful art in a more visual and accessible way.
Now, in March 2025, I’ve taken this work a step further by creating The Constantine, where I focus more deeply on FBI work. What makes us unique is our blend of ancient wisdom with a modern approach. We don’t just teach theories, we show people how to connect the dots, truly understand themselves, and navigate life with clarity.

What is one key achievement or milestone your business has reached?
One of the most meaningful milestones has been helping people both clients and students, gain clarity about themselves and their path. That is always the biggest reward. Seeing someone shift from confusion to confidence after a reading or class is our true achievement.
Additionally, we’ve successfully created a structured, visual learning method for something that was once considered mysterious and difficult to grasp.
Future Goals & Vision
What are your future goals for the business?
My goal is simple: I want this art to reach more people and to be shared correctly. If more individuals become self-aware and take time to reflect, they will naturally become more aligned, peaceful, and fulfilled.
Yes, financial success is part of life, we all need money to live but to me, true success is when someone feels whole inside. If our work can help more people achieve that feeling, then I’d consider our goal fulfilled.

Honestly? I just try to be real. I stay grounded in who I am and what I believe. I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not. I don’t chase trends. Instead, I listen, I learn, and I keep showing up with sincerity. That’s my edge, realness.

What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs?
I wouldn’t call myself an entrepreneur in the flashy, traditional sense. But I am someone who keeps walking the path, learning from life, and showing up even when it’s uncomfortable.
If I could share wisdom from Sun Tzu and I Ching, it would be this:

Sun Tzu reminds us, “If you know yourself and know your enemy, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles.” In business, your biggest "enemy" isn’t always someone else, it may be your own fear, confusion, or hesitation. So the first and most important step is to deeply know yourself.

I Ching teaches us about harmony with timing. Everything moves in cycles, sometimes, you wait; sometimes, you act. But the key is alignment. When you’re aligned with who you are and the timing is right, things begin to flow.
So my advice is this:
Don’t rush. Don’t copy others. Take time to truly know yourself, your values, strengths, and weaknesses. Keep growing from that space. When you lead with inner clarity and sincerity, you’ll find your own kind of success. Maybe not the loudest—but definitely the most fulfilling.
