Early Life and Inspiration
Tell us about your early life, education, and what led you to start your business.
I grew up in Burbank, California, with a mom who believed in me even when I didn’t fully see my own potential. She encouraged me to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering, specifically in stationary air conditioning and heating, and later nudged me toward earning my MBA. This combination of technical expertise and business knowledge changed everything for me.
Another major influence was my mentor Alfred, whom I consider a father figure. He owned an HVAC company, and I worked my way up to Vice President under his guidance. He taught me the ins and outs of the industry, both on the technical side and in terms of leadership. Watching his work ethic and leadership style inspired me to eventually start my own company.
As President of Climatisation HVAC, I set out to do more than just provide heating and cooling systems. I wanted to build a company that focused on quality, innovation, and sustainability—especially here in Southern California, where energy efficiency and environmental responsibility are essential.
What Makes Climatisation HVAC Unique
What is your business, and what makes it unique in the market?
Climatisation HVAC is a Los Angeles-based company specializing in custom heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for luxury residential and commercial properties. What truly sets us apart is our focus on sustainability and innovation. We don’t simply provide standard systems; we design energy-efficient, environmentally conscious solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
We also view HVAC as an integral part of a larger system. From improving indoor air quality to maintaining strict energy codes, or even creating a comfortable, seamless environment for high-end spaces, we do it all. Our team collaborates closely with clients to develop solutions that are efficient, reliable, and perfectly suited to their goals.
Beyond our technical expertise, our client-first mindset is another defining factor. We value transparency, open communication, and long-term relationships, which have helped us build a loyal clientele that includes some of the biggest names in luxury retail.
Key Milestone: A Successful Luxury Project
What is one key achievement or milestone your business has reached?
An achievement I’m especially proud of was completing the HVAC system for a custom home in Larchmont Village, a beautiful LA neighborhood, which sold for over $3 million. It was a challenging project that required a high level of detail and customization, but it was also an opportunity to put into practice what we do best: designing systems that are high-performing, efficient, and sustainable, yet truly seamless. That home, along with our partnerships with brands, restaurants, and even health clinics, reflects the trust our clients place in us.
Future Vision: Growth and Empowerment
What are your future goals for the business?
I’m excited about growing Climatisation HVAC across Southern California and eventually expanding to serve the entire state. Sustainability is a big focus for us, and I want to continue helping clients embrace energy-efficient solutions that make a real difference.
I also aim to keep building our reputation as the go-to HVAC provider for luxury homes and high-end commercial spaces. Our vision is to deliver the quality and custom solutions our clients expect while creating opportunities to work with new brands and projects.
On a personal level, I hope to inspire more women to step into the trades and leadership roles in this industry. Seeing more representation in this space would be incredible, and I want to play a part in making that happen.

Staying Competitive in a Changing Industry
How do you stay competitive in your industry?
Being competitive in the HVAC industry means always staying ahead of the curve. My team and I prioritize continuous learning—whether it’s staying updated on the latest innovations and processes or diving deep into new energy regulations. The industry is constantly evolving, and we make it a point to evolve alongside it.
We also focus on building strong relationships with our clients. By truly understanding their needs and delivering customized, high-end solutions, we stand out in a crowded market. Our clients know they can trust us, and that kind of reputation is invaluable.
I also encourage my team to bring fresh ideas to the table. After all, innovation doesn’t mean much without collaboration.
Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs?
My biggest advice for aspiring entrepreneurs is to believe in yourself and trust the process. Starting a business can feel overwhelming, and there will be moments of doubt, but don’t let that stop you. Focus on building your skills, stay open to learning, and remember that growth takes time.
Also, surround yourself with people who uplift and challenge you. Mentors, supportive peers, and a strong team can make all the difference. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or lean on others when you need help, because that’s how you grow.
