Can you tell us something about yourself, your early life, and your education?

I was born on the French-German border and started my journey in sales at 14, selling newspapers. After completing my school education and my University of Applied Sciences Entrance Qualification, I decided to train as an industrial clerk at Villeroy & Boch, where I first encountered international sales.

Following my apprenticeship, I sought a deeper understanding of why people and organizations behave the way they do in business, which led me to study business psychology in Heidelberg.

Later, I became a consultant, managing bank mergers, and found my way back to sales by acquiring my own projects.

Combining my expertise in sales and IT, I led the sales department for a SAP consulting firm in Southwest Germany, focusing on SAP ERP, SAP BW, and Custom Development. Additionally, I lectured at Heidelberg University, teaching courses on organizational development and sales interventions.
