Ratan Tata, one of India’s most influential business leaders, passed away at the age of 86 on October 9, 2024. The former chairman of the Tata Group breathed his last at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital, leaving the nation mourning the loss of a visionary leader whose influence extended far beyond the corporate world.

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan took to social media to honor Tata, calling him a "gem" and praising his dedication to philanthropy, innovation, and nation-building. Roshan expressed admiration for Tata’s leadership and humility, qualities that endeared him to millions across India and abroad.

Tata's journey began in 1961 when he joined Tata Steel. Over the decades, he led Tata Group to new heights, overseeing major acquisitions and transforming it into a global conglomerate.
